...do what some other people have done and feature some art that I like. Granted, it seems like most of these people are already WAY more popular than I ever will be, but still, everyone loves a little promotion to their stuff, right?

So, let me start off with the most epic of all epicness. I know by she has to be going "You're STILL going on about this??".... yes, I am. That's how much it means to me. drew this commission for me, and this is something I've been wanting someone to do for years (it would've been done years ago had I thought about DA back then <.< ) She drew this for me:


Some people have pointed out a few errors and whatnot, and thanks to them, I've noticed them too. But you know what? To me, it's still perfect. I am very happy with it, and I couldn't ask for more. ^.^

Other awesome Deviants I've met have a variety of talents. I started to seek out those who have my hobby / profession, and that's photography. The first to catch my eye were those who have gone to Air Shows. One Deviant who stands out above the rest (That I've seen so far) has to be . His collection of hundreds (thousands?) of Air Show pictures leave me staring in awe. His shots are something I aspire to be able to get on my own someday. While some may say that my own shots are very good shots, I'd have to say that his, in comparison, are still far better. He's also got some racing and car show photos (but I'm more into his air show ones ) Check out some examples, and be sure to stop over there:

Now, most of you may know artists and (If you don't, check them out!). I think I've met most of you non-photographers through THEIR profiles. But some of you may not know a few others that I find VERY good at what they do. and , both of which have some very amazing artwork. It's hard to describe, so let me provide a couple examples:

Lastly (for now), and certainly not least, I have those digital artists that make things in Photoshop or Terragen or similar programs. One I just literally found right before making this Journal is , who shows off his skills as a (Zombie?) Terragen and Photoshop user, as well as a Fractal Artist. Some awesome stuff he has:


Another Digital Artist who I think sets the standard high for quality is . His skills as a Photoshop artist are the best I've seen so far, and I have seen a lot so far. I could compare this guy to the pros who do this for a living (maybe he does?). A few examples:

There are MANY more people who deserve recognition in my Favorites Gallery and Watch Lists, but I can't put them all in ONE Journal. The next update shall feature more awesome artists and photographers that I love, am jealous of, or aspire to be like. The way I note people for awesomeness is different than most I know: If there's one or two images I like from a person's gallery, I'll favorite them, and move on. Sounds harsh, but sometimes I see people like those One Hit Wonder musicians; They got one or two awesome things, and the rest... is ok. Please don't take that the wrong way! It's just personal preference.

If I WATCH someone, it's because they have about more than half of their gallery that I like. I'll favorite one or two of their best works (that I think) so when I look at my Favorites Gallery, I'll have examples of their work. So, just because if I add you to my watch list, but only favorite one or two images, that's why. Being on my Watch List means I like most, if not all, of your work.

That about wraps it up for this journal. Expect more like this later. Since the photography season is dead for me right now, I'll be focusing more on browsing people in DA and finding those not-so-well-known (And probably known) artists and photographers and bring them to the limelight.
